1. What type of products do you sell?
All of our products are digital art prints available for instant download. No physical items will be shipped. After purchase, you can download your files immediately and enjoy your printable wall art right away.

2. How do I download my purchase?
Once your order is complete, a download link will appear on the confirmation page and will also be sent to your email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

3. What file formats will I receive?
You will receive high-resolution PEG, and PDF files. These formats are perfect for printing at home, at a print shop, or for digital use. Each product page clearly lists the included file formats.

4. Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

If a file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or the wrong file was sent, please contact us within 7 days, and we will provide a replacement.

5. Can I use the art for commercial purposes?
Our digital art prints are for personal use only. Commercial use, reselling, sharing, or redistributing the files is not permitted.

6. What if I have problems with my download?
If you experience any issues downloading or opening your files, please contact us at lanasoftvibes@gmail.com. We’re happy to help and will respond as soon as possible.

7. Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Your privacy and security are important to us. All payments are securely processed through Shopify and trusted payment providers. We never sell or share your personal information.
