2. Products & Print-on-Demand All products are made to order. We do not hold inventory — each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. As a result:
- We cannot accept cancellations once production has begun (usually within 24 hours of ordering)
- Slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings and printing processes
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
4. Order Processing Orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. During peak seasons, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
5. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Lana SoftVibes Store and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability Lana SoftVibes Store is not liable for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or production partners
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products
7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in the buyer's jurisdiction.
