👕 THE CLOTHING

What kind of clothing does LanaSoftVibes make?
Soft, organic graphic tees and casual pieces — each with a meaningful print, phrase, or word. Designed for slow, intentional living. Works with minimalist, boho, capsule wardrobe, or just your favourite jeans.

What fabric are the T-shirts made from?
High-quality organic cotton — soft, pre-shrunk, and breathable. I carefully choose the blanks from ethical manufacturers who meet my standards.

Are your clothes ethically made?
Yes. My production partner (Printful) works with certified ethical and environmental suppliers — organic cotton, fair production, transparent supply chain.

The fit — true to size?
Yes. Relaxed unisex fit, true to size. If you're between sizes and prefer a looser feel, size up. Every product page has a full size guide.

How do I care for my t-shirt?
Wash inside out at 30°C or below. Air dry if possible — it keeps the print looking great. Don't iron directly on the print.📦 ORDERS & SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Every order is printed on demand by Printful, with fulfilment centres in Europe, North America, and beyond. No matter where you are, I can reach you.

Is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is always free on every order. (The cost is already included in the item price.)

How long does delivery take?
Please allow 10–20 business days in total. Here's why:
- Printing (on demand) takes 2–7 business days
- Shipping takes 3–10 business days depending on your location
You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the facility.
If it's been more than 25 business days, write to me — I'll personally check with Printful.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don't see it within 7 days after ordering, just contact me.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Possibly. Depending on your country, local customs may charge import taxes or handling fees. I can't predict or cover those — please check with your local customs before ordering.
For customers in Georgia 🇬🇪: usually no fees for orders under 300 GEL (current rules).

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange an item if I don't like it or chose the wrong size?
Because every piece is printed just for you after you order, I can't accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or "it doesn't suit me".
But I want you to be happy. If you're unsure about sizing — write to me before ordering. I'll help you choose.

What if my item arrives damaged or has a printing defect?
I'm really sorry if that happens. Here's what we do:
1. Send me a clear photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
2. I will contact Printful (my production partner) and file a problem report.
3. Printful typically offers a free replacement (reprint) or refunds me the cost.
4. As soon as they confirm, I will send you a new item for free or issue a refund via PayPal.
Please give me 3–5 business days to resolve it with Printful — I'm a one-woman team, but I never leave a message unanswered.

Do I need to return the damaged item?
No. Printful handles it without asking you to ship anything back.

What if the package is lost or never arrives?
First, check tracking. If it's stuck for more than 10 business days without movement, contact me. I'll open a lost package claim with Printful. If they confirm it's lost, I'll issue a full refund or send a replacement.

💳 PAYMENT

How can I pay?
At the moment, I accept PayPal only. It's secure and includes PayPal's Purchase Protection (refunds if something goes wrong).
I'm based in Georgia and slowly working on adding more payment options. If you don't have PayPal — just write to me. Maybe we can find another way.

Is PayPal safe?
Yes. PayPal protects your financial data — I never see your card details. Plus, you can open a dispute with them if an order never arrives (though I'll do my best to avoid that).

🌿 THE BRAND

What does "slow living" mean to you?
Less rushing, less noise, less performing. More presence, more choosing with intention. My clothes are designed with that feeling in mind — soft, quiet, but carrying something worth wearing.

Why organic cotton?
Because what touches your skin matters. Conventional cotton is one of the most chemically intensive crops. Organic cotton is softer, safer, and kinder to the planet and the people who grow it.

Do you also sell digital art prints?
Yes — my original Wall Art Prints are available as instant digital downloads. Find them in the top menu under "Wall Art Prints". Due to the digital nature, no refunds on those, but if a file is corrupted — just email me, I'll send a new one within 24 hours.

Hi, I'm Lana.
I design every print, choose every fabric, and personally reply to every message — no bots, no big team. I'm based in Georgia 🇬🇪 and this is my slow, intentional project.

I'm just starting my first collection, so please be patient with me. I'll always be honest with you.

How can I reach you?
Use the Contact page or reply to your order email. I reply within 1–3 business days (usually faster). If you don't hear back in 3 days — please remind me. Sometimes emails hide in spam.
